1. When is the grass clippings pile and tree pile open and where are they located?

The Grass Clippings Pile and Tree Pile is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are located north of Highway 6 & 34 on 35 Road on the east side of the road.

Call the city offices at (308) 832-1820 to arrange for dumpster delivery, pick-up and emptying.

5. What if my collection day falls on a holiday?

In most cases your garbage will be collected on the following business day. Exceptions occur when the city offices are closed for more than one day in a row. Please refer to your recycling calendar for the holiday garbage collection schedule or call the city offices at (308) 832-1820.

7. Is there a place I can drop off my recycling?

The City of Minden does not offer a drop-off site for recycling.
