*Please note that these amounts are updated once a month during billing and any payments made with cash or check, penalty amounts, or disconnect fees will not be reflected in Doxo.

Instructions
- After clicking on the link you will be taken to Doxo. If you have an account, login. If this is your first time, create an account by entering in the information required on this page.
- Email
- Account Number (this can be found on your utility bill)
- Zip Code (68959)
- If you have an account with the City, it will show the amount due at the time of billing (25th of each month).
- Penalties and disconnects will not show in this total.
- If you have questions on the amount due, this can be found on your bill, disconnect notice, or by calling City Hall at (308) 832-1820.
- Click "Pay Bill".
- Select your payment method and enter your information.
- Card payments will have a Payment Delivery Fee added to the final amount. This amount will depend on the payment amount and can be viewed on the review page.
- Bank Account payments do not have a fee, but may take longer to process.
- Click "Save & Continue".
- Review your total and click "Send Payment".
