The City of Minden will be closed for Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24th. There will not be garbage collection December 24th. It will be picked up on December 27th. Recycling is cancelled for Friday, December 24th. The City will also be closed December 31st in observance of New Year's. There will not be garbage collection December 31st.
