The City of Minden and Kearney County’s Revolving Loan Funds (RLF) are available to assist businesses and developers by providing low interest loans for business start-ups, business expansion, building rehabilitation and other designated uses. The Reuse Loan program carries the same requirements that current Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) loans have on them. Interest, length, etc. is variable with each loan. One stipulation on these two loans is that, financially, only fifty percent of the applicant’s total estimated project costs can be loaned to the business from the Reuse funds.
