2-16-21 @ 2:15 pm--Per information from NPPD, there is potential for rolling blackouts to happen again tonight and Wednesday morning. NPPD has a shutoff list of customers. Those that have not yet been impacted will be first and then the list will start over from the top if necessary. If impacted, the outage is planned for 45 minutes.
