The National Weather Service of Hastings has issued BLIZZARD WARNING starting Monday, February 1, 2016 at Noon for an area which includes Minden. Therefore the City of Minden is declaring a Snow Emergency starting on February 1, 2016 at 12:00 noon p.m. All vehicles must be removed off Emergency Snow routes, or be towed. The Snow Emergency will remain in effect until 5:00 p.m. on February 4, 2016.
