In anticipation of the snow event, the City of Minden has declared a Snow Emergency starting Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Noon. All vehicles must be removed off Emergency Snow routes, or will be towed. The Snow Emergency will remain in effect until Noon on Tuesday, January 23, 2018.
