Utility Customers may receive up to a $20 credit for signing up for Automatic Withdrawal payments and E-Billing. This offer is for customers not currently utilizing these services. This promotion lasts until January 31, 2021.
AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL--Payments are automatically withdrawn from the bank account on the NINTH BUSINESS DAY OF THE MONTH. If the 9th falls on a weekend or bank holiday, then payment will be withdrawn on the next business day. There is a $10 credit on the customer’s bill after signing up for automatic withdrawal.
E-BILLING--Customers may elect to receive their utility bill via email. It is sent out when the utility bills are printed. Therefore, customers will receive their bills 3-5 days faster than via mail service. There is a $10 credit on the customer’s bill after signing up for e-billing.
