[ARCHIVED] Armor Coating RESCHEDULED to May 9-13, 2022

        NOTICE

Revised for May 9-13, 2022

  • The City of Minden asks for your cooperation during the armor coating of your street.  The street will be closed to all vehicular traffic and street parking until all work is completed.  The armor coating will begin on Monday, May 9, 2022 with completion within the week (finished by May 13th), weather permitting.  Once the new coating has been applied, vehicular traffic and street parking may resume.

 

  • STREETS TO BE ARMOR COATED:
  • 16th Street from Brown Avenue to Colorado Avenue
  • 7th Street from Minden Avenue to Kearney Avenue
  • Hawthorne Street from Colorado Avenue to Minden Avenue
  • Ridge Avenue from Brewster Street to Campbell Street
  • Logan Avenue from St. Clair Street south to the dead end
  • Holland Street from Blaine Avenue west to the dead end
  • Lincoln Avenue from St. Clair Street south to the dead end
  • Nebraska Avenue from Holland Street to Lexington Street

 

  • We ask for your cooperation on the following:
  1. Move vehicles to another location so they may be accessible for your use by 7am on May 9, 2022.
  2. Refrain from using outside water in a manner causing water to run onto the curbing or onto the maintenance area until the street is open to vehicular traffic. 

 

LEASE HAVE VEHICLES REMOVED BY 7 AM MONDAY, MAY 9, 2022
