Reestablishing Service Following Non-Payment Disconnection
- Bills paid by 11:30 am will be reconnected by 12:00 noon.
- Bills paid between 11:30 am and 4:30 pm will be reconnected by 5:00 pm.
- Bills paid between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm will be reconnected by 7:00 pm.
- Bills paid between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm will be reconnected by 7:00 pm.
Note: A $100 reconnection fee will be charged following disconnection due to non-payment between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. A $200 reconnection fee will be charged following disconnection due to non-payment between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:30pm.
