Target Industries

On June 16, 2009, members of Minden, Nebraska's Target Industry Study Group (MTISG) selected the following as their economic growth targets:

• Manufacturing Retention & Expansion
• Workforce Attraction
• Hotel/Motel Development
• Housing

The process leading to the selection of these target industries included a series of three meetings involving members of MTISG and economic development specialists from the Nebraska Public Power District.
